Do I need an API key or an account?

No. Install the plugin, click Sync, and the free tier just works. Pro adds a license key you paste once — that's the only key involved, ever.

Is it really free?

Yes. The free tier is a real, grounded chatbot on your own content, not a trial. Pro is optional, for sites that want product intelligence and outcome tracking.

Will it make things up?

It's built not to. Every answer is grounded in passages retrieved from your own content, and it's instructed to say when it doesn't have the answer rather than guess.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. On Pro, it reads your products, prices, stock, and the visitor's cart, then recommends and links to the right items — and knows about active discounts.

Where does my content live?

In a vector index scoped to your site alone, on serverless AWS. Your content is never mixed with any other site's.

What does it run on?
